Sigh. Some things in life are just bad. This is a just-bad thing. My father beat my mother and now he'sin jail. I had to move out of town to live with my mother. She has temporary custody of me and is trying for full. Sigh. I can't even talk about it.

You poor thing! I'm sorry to hear that! Your mother is strong enough to leave the situation though, and that's good for all of you.
